Weekly recaps
Quick answer
Open Insights → Recap to read your workspace's weekly summary, the same recap as the Monday email, and earlier recaps under Past recaps. Turn the email on or off with Weekly recap under Settings → Account → Profile → Recap emails.
Where can I read my weekly recap?
Open Insights → Recap. It shows the latest recap for the selected workspace, the same one sent in the Monday email, with earlier recaps under Past recaps. Opening the page does not recalculate the figures.
If the page shows a message instead:
- Recaps aren't on for this workspace yet means recaps are still being switched on for your workspace.
- Select a workspace means no workspace is selected; choose one from the menu at the top of the sidebar.
How do I turn recap emails on or off?
Open Settings → Account → Profile. Under Recap emails, turn Weekly recap on or off.
When it is on, you receive a recap of the workspace every Monday morning, and once after your first import. The setting applies to you in the selected workspace; other members choose their own.
Profile traffic
Open Insights → Shop Profile and choose 30 days or 90 days to see profile views, item views, marketplace clicks, traffic sources and top items for your public profile. The figures are rolled up periodically, so check the Updated time; a marketplace click is a buyer leaving for the marketplace, not a sale.
Publish your public profile
Open Settings → Public Profile → Profile, fill in your public details and select Save changes, then choose Publish and confirm Publish profile to make your shop visible at shopfront.app/your-handle. Unpublish hides it again, and changing your Profile URL breaks links you have already shared.
