How do I contact support or suggest a feature?
Use Support → Contact Us in Shopfront or email contact@shopfront.app. Submit feature requests through Shopfront feedback.
Price change not applied
Editing a live listing's price in Shopfront saves it in Shopfront only; select Apply supported fields or Relist with saved changes on the marketplace's tab to send it. eBay updates the live price directly, Shopify only for products Shopfront created, Depop and Grailed need a relist, and Facebook Marketplace listings can't be changed from Shopfront.
