Price change not applied
Quick answer
Editing a live listing's price in Shopfront saves it in Shopfront only; select Apply supported fields or Relist with saved changes on the marketplace's tab to send it. eBay updates the live price directly, Shopify only for products Shopfront created, Depop and Grailed need a relist, and Facebook Marketplace listings can't be changed from Shopfront.
Why hasn't the marketplace price changed?
When an item is live on a marketplace, edits on that marketplace's tab save in Shopfront only. The banner at the top of the tab says so, for example "Edits save here. Apply or relist to update eBay." Nothing reaches the marketplace until you select one of the banner's actions:
- Apply supported fields updates the existing listing with the fields that marketplace accepts.
- Relist with saved changes relists the item with your saved edits.
If the banner shows only Listing actions, the actions are in that menu.
Which marketplaces can update a live price?

Relist doesn't send edits to imported Shopify products
For a Shopify product imported from Shopify, the relist action is labelled Relist and restores the product without your edits. The toast says "Relisting doesn't send your edits. Use Apply supported fields to update Shopify."
What if the update is pending or failed?

Check the price on the marketplace after the update finishes. For eBay, Relist with saved changes is unavailable while required fields are missing; the banner lists them under "Missing required fields".
Import stuck or duplicated
An import keeps running after you close the page, and Shopfront refuses a second import of a marketplace while one is running. If duplicate checking pauses, Shopfront retries it automatically; possible duplicates wait in Imports → Needs review until you combine them, keep them separate or choose which copy to keep.
