Review and edit listings
Quick answer
Review a product's details, photos and marketplace tabs before listing. Edits to a live listing save in Shopfront first; use the marketplace tab's Apply supported fields or Relist with saved changes action to send them to the marketplace.
How do I review a draft?
Open the item from Listings or its workflow.
Check the details: the title, description, photos, price, condition, category and required attributes.
Review each marketplace tab, because mapped values and warnings differ between channels. See Cross-channel previews.
Generated drafts aren't published until you list them, so correct any mistakes first.
How do I edit a live listing?
Open the product and the marketplace tab you want to change.
Edit the fields. Each field saves when you click or tab out of it; check for a save error.
Update the marketplace with the action in the tab's banner:
- Apply supported fields sends the fields that marketplace can update on a live listing.
- Relist with saved changes relists the item with your saved data.
Relist on its own doesn't send your edits
A button labelled only Relist relists the item without your edits; the banner explains which action to use for that marketplace.
When the listing has no unsent edits, the same actions are under Listing actions.
After you apply, the banner shows while the update is in progress and tells you if it failed. Check the listing on the marketplace afterwards.
On Depop, the Offers section is locked while the item is live, because its controls change the live listing straight away.
Which price am I changing?
The product's price applies to every channel unless you set a different price on a marketplace tab. A price suggestion doesn't change a live listing by itself.
Billing and usage limits
Check your plan in Settings → Billing → Your Plan and your allowances in Usage; Pro, Premium and Premium Plus cost US$30, US$60 and US$120 a month (US$300, US$600 and US$1,200 a year). There are no per-use charges: once a monthly allowance is used up, that operation is blocked until it resets or you upgrade, and only products live on a channel count as active products.
Product photos
In a product's photos, select the + tile to add images, drag thumbnails to reorder them and use the Original switch to compare an enhanced or background-removed photo with the original. New uploads through Create take up to 500 images per batch.
