Quick answer
Select items in Listings or a workflow to open the selection toolbar, with actions such as List to, Delist, Schedule, Relist, Auto-Relist, Adjust price, Mark as and Delete. Each action shows how many selected items it applies to before you confirm.
How do I use bulk inventory actions?
Select items in Listings → Items or in a workflow.
Choose an action from the selection toolbar: List to, Crosslist, Delist, Schedule, Relist, Auto-Relist, Adjust price, Mark as or Delete. Which actions are available depends on the items' states. Crosslist lists each selected product only to the connected channels it isn't on yet.
Check before you confirm. Check how many of the selected items are eligible and which channels the action uses. Items that don't fit the action are skipped.
Can I remove selected listings?
Use Delist to take the selected items down from all channels or from chosen ones.
Delete doesn't take listings down
Delete removes items from Shopfront only: their marketplace listings stay live. Delist items first if you want them taken down.
After a bulk action, check each item's channel status. To record a sale, see Delist or mark as sold.
Product photos
In a product's photos, select the + tile to add images, drag thumbnails to reorder them and use the Original switch to compare an enhanced or background-removed photo with the original. New uploads through Create take up to 500 images per batch.
Delist or mark as sold
Choose Delist from a product's menu to take it down from one or all marketplaces, or Mark as → Sold to record a sale with its price and where it sold. Marking an item sold can also delist it everywhere, and recorded sales appear in Insights.
