Installation Guide
Download the Extension
- Go to your Shopfront dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Connected Channels
- Click Install Chrome Extension
- You'll be redirected to the Chrome Web Store
Add to Chrome
- Click Add to Chrome in the Web Store
- Confirm by clicking Add Extension
- The Shopfront icon will appear in your browser toolbar
Sign In
- Click the Shopfront icon in your toolbar
- Enter your Shopfront credentials
- The extension will automatically sync with your account
Using the Extension
Import Products
- Navigate to any product page on a supported marketplace
- Click the Shopfront icon in your toolbar
- Select Import Product
- Review and edit the imported details
- Click Save to Shopfront
Bulk Operations
- Navigate to your seller dashboard on any marketplace
- Click the Shopfront icon
- Select Bulk Import
- Choose the products you want to import
- Click Import Selected
Troubleshooting
Reinstalling the Extension
Remove Existing Extension
- In Chrome, click the 3-dot menu → Extensions
- Find Shopfront and click Remove
- Confirm removal
Clear Browser Data (Optional)
- Go to Chrome Settings → Privacy and security
- Click Clear browsing data
- Select Cookies and other site data
- Clear data for the last hour
Reinstall
- Return to Shopfront dashboard
- Go to Connected Channels
- Click Install Chrome Extension
- Follow the installation steps above
Common Issues
Extension Not Working?
- Ensure you're using the latest version of Chrome
- Check that the extension is enabled in Chrome settings
- Try disabling other extensions that might conflict
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
