Connect Grailed

Connect Grailed from Settings → Marketplaces → Channels in desktop Chrome, with the Shopfront extension installed and your Grailed account signed in. Grailed supports imports, listing, delisting and sales checks, and offers can be accepted or countered but not declined.
How do I connect Grailed?
Install the extension. Install and enable the Shopfront extension in desktop Chrome.
Sign in to Grailed. Sign in to Grailed in the same browser.
Open the Channels page. Open Settings → Marketplaces → Channels and select Connect on Grailed.
The extension is needed only to connect. After that, Shopfront lists and delists on Grailed without it.
If Grailed shows Reconnect required, check that you are signed in to Grailed in Chrome and select Reconnect.
What can I manage on Grailed?
- Import your active and sold Grailed listings from Imports.
- List products to Grailed and remove them with Delist.
- Accept or counter offers in Offers. Grailed has no Decline control.
- Sales detection checks Grailed on your plan's interval.
Grailed descriptions use plain text, and generated titles are limited to 50 characters. Review the category, attributes, description and photos before listing.
Connect Depop
Connect Depop from Settings → Marketplaces → Channels in desktop Chrome, with the Shopfront extension installed and your Depop account signed in. The extension is needed only to connect; Shopfront then handles listing, delisting, imports, offers and sales checks.
Connect Facebook Marketplace
Facebook Marketplace listings are created and removed by the Shopfront extension in desktop Chrome, so keep the latest version installed and enabled for every list and delist. Facebook listings cannot be scheduled or imported, and you record Facebook sales with Mark as → Sold.
