Offers
See and respond to buyer offers from Depop, eBay, and Grailed in one inbox. Accept the best, counter, or decline — without leaving Shopfront.
Buyers on Depop, eBay, and Grailed can send offers below your list price. Shopfront pulls those offers into a single inbox, so you can see every offer across your marketplaces — and accept, counter, or decline — without logging into each app.
How Offers Work
Shopfront automatically checks your connected marketplaces for new buyer offers and collects them under Offers in the main navigation. Each offer shows the buyer, their amount, and the item it's for.
Offers are grouped per product. If the same item has offers on more than one marketplace, they appear together and are ranked by estimated net proceeds after marketplace fees — so the best offer reflects what actually lands in your pocket, not just the highest number.
Shopfront checks for new and updated offers every 15 minutes, on every plan — offers aren't slowed down by your subscription the way sales detection is. Opening a workflow also triggers a check.
The net figure is an estimate used for ranking, based on each marketplace's headline fee rate. It excludes shipping and isn't your exact payout — check the marketplace for that.
Responding to an Offer
Every open offer has up to three actions — Grailed has no decline, so it shows two:
- Accept — sells the item to that buyer at their offered price, on that marketplace. Accepting asks you to confirm, because it's final.
- Counter — propose a different price. Your counter has to be higher than the buyer's offer. Countering doesn't resolve an offer — it stays in Open until the buyer accepts, counters back or lets it lapse.
- Decline — reject the offer. Declining also asks you to confirm.
Accepting an offer completes the sale on that marketplace. Sales detection then delists the item from your other channels automatically, so you don't oversell.
Supported Marketplaces
Accept, counter, or decline. A counter can't be higher than your list price.
Accept, counter, or decline. eBay Best Offers are supported, and a counter can be above or below your list price.
Buyers can only send offers if Best Offer is enabled on the listing. Turn it on under Settings → eBay, where you can also set auto-accept and auto-decline thresholds — eBay applies those itself, so offers it resolves automatically may never reach your inbox.
Accept or counter. Grailed has no decline action — an unwanted offer simply lapses, or you can counter it.
Where Offers Appear
Beyond the Offers inbox, buyer offers surface across Shopfront:
- A Best Offer column and unread count on your products table
- An offers section on each product's detail page
- Offer counts on your workflow cards, and offer data in Insights
Your inbox shows offers from the last 30 days. Resolved offers — accepted, declined, or lapsed — move to a Past list, so your Open view stays focused on what still needs a decision.
Sales Detection & Delisting
Shopfront automatically detects when items sell and removes them from your other channels. No manual tracking, no overselling.
Scheduling & Auto Relisting
Schedule listings to go live at the right time. Auto-relist on a recurring schedule to stay visible in marketplace search results.
