How Billing Works
Subscription
Your plan determines your base limits — active listings, workflows, team members, and how often Shopfront checks for sales. You're billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
Included Allowance
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI generations and image processing. These reset each billing period.
Managing Your Subscription
From Settings → Billing you can:
- View your current plan and next billing date
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
- View usage — see how much of your monthly allowance you've used
- Update payment method via Stripe
- Cancel or pause your subscription
Downgrading to Free takes effect immediately. Upgrading applies instantly and you get access to your new plan's features right away.
