Set marketplace defaults
Quick answer
Owners and admins use Settings → Marketplaces → Settings for Enable Sales Detection (scheduled sale checks on eBay, Depop, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective), Cross-Channel Delisting, and the auto-relist price-drop, duplicate-handling and listing generation defaults. Turning sales detection off also turns Cross-Channel Delisting off, so no recorded sale, including a Shopify sale, delists the item's other listings until both are back on.
Who can change marketplace settings?
Open Settings → Marketplaces → Settings.
Owners and admins only
Only owners and admins can change these settings. Other members see them without being able to edit.
How do sales detection and cross-channel delisting work?
Both switches are on by default.
- Enable Sales Detection turns on scheduled checks for new sales on eBay, Depop, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective. Below the switches, Shopfront shows when it last checked and how often your plan checks.
- Cross-Channel Delisting delists an item's other listings when a sale is recorded, including a Shopify sale. Turning off sales detection also turns this switch off, and you can only turn it back on while sales detection is on.
See Sales detection and delisting.
How do I set auto-relist price-drop defaults?
Turn on the default. Under Auto-Relist Price Drops, turn on Set a workspace default.
Set the drop. Set the Drop as a percentage or dollar amount, how many relists happen at full price first, and an optional Minimum price as a percentage of the item's price.
Save. Select Save defaults.
The default pre-fills the price-drop fields in the auto-relist dialogs. It never reprices items that already have a price drop set.
To remove it, turn off Set a workspace default and select Clear saved default. See Scheduling and relisting.
How are duplicate imports handled?
Under Cross-marketplace duplicate handling, Auto-merge high-confidence matches merges AI-verified matches at 90% confidence or higher automatically. When it is off, duplicates go to the import audit panel for you to review. See Import and export.
Which listing generation defaults can I set?
Under Listing Generation, choose whether new workflows use Remove Background, Enhance Image and Price Suggestions. Each uses its own monthly allowance; see Billing and usage limits and Image enhancement.
Account security
Open Settings → Account → Security to change your password, turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and see your role and permissions in the selected workspace. Two-factor authentication is on only after you enter a 6-digit code and select Verify & Enable.
Notifications
Open Notifications in the sidebar to see your Inbox of sales, offers and job updates from the last 30 days, filter by status, channel or type, and use Mark all read or Clear all. Clearing your inbox does not affect other members of your workspace.
