Workspaces
Quick answer
Open Settings → Workspace → Management to Restart Onboarding or Create Workspace; a new workspace can share your plan or be billed separately. Only the owner can delete a workspace, by typing its name in the Delete Workspace confirmation, which permanently deletes its products, listings, images and settings.
How do I restart setup or create a workspace?
Open Settings → Workspace → Management. Restart Onboarding opens setup again so you can reconfigure your channels and preferences.
A new workspace is a separate space for another store or brand, with its own products and listings. To create one:
Select Create Workspace. It opens Create a new workspace.
Name it. Enter the Workspace Name.
Choose billing. Under Billing, choose Share my plan to use the same subscription and usage allowance, or Bill separately for its own subscription.
Create it. Select Create Workspace.
To work in the new workspace, choose it from the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar.
To change the name and URL buyers see, use your public profile. The public name is also the workspace name.
How do I delete a workspace?
Only the owner sees Danger Zone → Delete Workspace. The confirmation asks you to type the workspace name.
Deleting a workspace is permanent
After you type the name, the confirmation permanently deletes the workspace's products, listings, images and settings. This cannot be undone.
If the page says no organisation is selected, choose a workspace from the menu at the top of the sidebar first.
Account settings
Settings has five sections: Workspace (Management, Region, Team, API Keys), Public Profile, Account (Profile and Security), Marketplaces (Channels, Templates, Settings) and Billing (Your Plan, Usage). This page links each setting to its guide.
Region and business address
Open Settings → Workspace → Region to choose the workspace Country and Currency, the Item Location buyers see on location-based marketplaces, and your Business Address, then select Save Changes. Choosing a country also sets its default currency.
