Quick answer
Open Notifications in the sidebar to see your Inbox of sales, offers and job updates from the last 30 days, filter by status, channel or type, and use Mark all read or Clear all. Clearing your inbox does not affect other members of your workspace.
How do I read my notifications?
Open Notifications in the sidebar. The Inbox lists sales, offers and job updates from the last 30 days. Search, or filter by status (All, Unread or Read), channel and type.
- Mark all read marks every notification as read.
- Clear all asks you to confirm Clear your inbox? and then removes every notification from your inbox. Other members of your workspace keep theirs.
Clearing doesn't fix the problem
Clearing a notification does not fix the listing or channel problem it reports. Open the product or channel to deal with it.

Set marketplace defaults
Owners and admins use Settings → Marketplaces → Settings for Enable Sales Detection (scheduled sale checks on eBay, Depop, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective), Cross-Channel Delisting, and the auto-relist price-drop, duplicate-handling and listing generation defaults. Turning sales detection off also turns Cross-Channel Delisting off, so no recorded sale, including a Shopify sale, delists the item's other listings until both are back on.
API keys
Owners and admins create API keys in Settings → Workspace → API Keys with Create Key, and must copy the key when it is shown because it cannot be viewed again. Every key has full access to the workspace's API; Premium includes 3 keys, Premium Plus 10, and Free and Pro none.
