Stock and quantities
Quick answer
When an eBay fixed-price or Shopify sale leaves units on that listing, Shopfront records the sale and keeps the listing active. A product's Inventory Details card shows its Total, Available and any Reserved units; Shopfront has no control for editing quantities.
Why is my product still active after a sale?
When an eBay fixed-price listing or a Shopify product (online or POS) sells and the marketplace still has units left, Shopfront records the sale and keeps that listing and the product active. If Cross-Channel Delisting is on, the item is still delisted from your other channels. When Shopfront can't confirm that units remain, it marks the product sold as usual.
Where do I see the quantity?
Choose Manage from the product's menu to open its page, then find Inventory Details. It shows Total, Available and, when any are held, Reserved.
Can I change the quantity?
No. Shopfront has no control for editing a product's quantity. After a sale, Shopfront checks the units left on the marketplace listing itself. If a multi-unit product's stock looks wrong, compare it with the marketplace listing and contact support.
Delist or mark as sold
Choose Delist from a product's menu to take it down from one or all marketplaces, or Mark as → Sold to record a sale with its price and where it sold. Marking an item sold can also delist it everywhere, and recorded sales appear in Insights.
Drive
Drive stores your workspace's uploaded photos in folders. It has no sidebar entry: select Drive in a product's photo viewer to open that upload's folder, where you can upload, organise, delete and process images into new listings.
