Marketplace shipping
Quick answer
Set shipping in the Shipping section of a product's marketplace tab before listing: eBay uses your account's Shipping, Return and Payment policies, Depop has National Shipping and International costs, and Grailed has a cost for each region.
How do I set marketplace shipping details?
Open the product, select the marketplace tab and expand Shipping.
Choose a Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Payment Policy from your eBay account's business policies. If a policy is missing, create it from the Shipping section or in eBay Seller Hub. You can reuse a policy across your eBay listings.
Enter the National Shipping cost, and turn on International and enter its cost if you ship overseas.
Turn on each region you ship to (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Australia and Other Regions) and enter its cost.
Does changing shipping update a live listing?
Not by itself. Shipping changes save in Shopfront. For a live listing, use Apply supported fields or Relist with saved changes in the marketplace tab's banner to send them to the marketplace. See Review and edit listings.
Drive
Drive stores your workspace's uploaded photos in folders. It has no sidebar entry: select Drive in a product's photo viewer to open that upload's folder, where you can upload, organise, delete and process images into new listings.
Costs and hauls
Open Listings → Costs to enter what you paid for each item, or choose New haul to split one purchase total across several items by Equal split, Weighted by price or Manual. Insights uses these costs to calculate profit.
