Drive
Quick answer
Drive stores your workspace's uploaded photos in folders. It has no sidebar entry: select Drive in a product's photo viewer to open that upload's folder, where you can upload, organise, delete and process images into new listings.
How do I open Drive?
Drive has no sidebar entry. Open a product and, in its photo viewer, select Drive at the top right of the photo. Drive opens the folder that holds that upload's photos, and the Folders list lets you move to other folders.
How do I manage files and folders?
- Upload adds files to the current folder.
- New Folder creates a folder. It appears in the folder list once it contains files.
- Search, sort and switch between grid and list views to find files.
- Storage Usage shows how much space your workspace uses.
How do I create listings from saved photos?
Select images, or none to use the whole folder, and choose Process.
Review the settings. Check the template and Hero Image settings.
Choose a workflow, either an existing one or a new one, then select Start Processing.
Shopfront generates drafts in that workflow; nothing is published.
How do I delete files or folders?
Select files and choose Delete, or choose Delete Folder to delete the current folder.
Deletion can't be undone
Delete Folder also deletes the files in the folder. Deletion can't be undone.
Stock and quantities
When an eBay fixed-price or Shopify sale leaves units on that listing, Shopfront records the sale and keeps the listing active. A product's Inventory Details card shows its Total, Available and any Reserved units; Shopfront has no control for editing quantities.
Marketplace shipping
Set shipping in the Shipping section of a product's marketplace tab before listing: eBay uses your account's Shipping, Return and Payment policies, Depop has National Shipping and International costs, and Grailed has a cost for each region.
