Quick answer
Install the Shopfront extension from the Chrome Web Store in Chrome on a computer to connect Depop, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective from Settings → Marketplaces → Channels. Facebook Marketplace needs it for every list and delist; eBay and Shopify do not use it.
Which channels need the extension?
- Depop, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective: the extension connects your signed-in marketplace account. After that, Shopfront lists and delists without it.
- Facebook Marketplace: the extension carries out every list and delist, so keep the latest version installed and enabled. See Connect Facebook Marketplace.
- eBay and Shopify: no extension. eBay uses its own authorisation and Shopify uses a Client ID and Client Secret.
Use Chrome on a computer
Chrome extensions do not work on mobile. Connect these channels from Chrome on a computer.
How do I install it?
Open the Channels page in Chrome. Open Settings → Marketplaces → Channels in Chrome on your computer. A channel that needs the extension shows Extension required and an Install button.
Add the extension. Select Install and add the Shopfront extension from the Chrome Web Store.
Reload Shopfront. Reload Shopfront after the extension is added.
How do I connect Depop, Grailed or Vestiaire Collective?
Sign in to the marketplace. Sign in to the marketplace in the same Chrome browser.
Open the Channels page. Open Settings → Marketplaces → Channels and select Connect on the channel.
Follow the prompts. The channel shows Active when the connection is complete.
If the channel later shows Reconnect required, sign in to the marketplace again in Chrome and select Reconnect.
What if the extension is not detected?
Use the right browser. Use Shopfront in the Chrome browser where the extension is installed. An extension on another device does not count.
Check that the extension is enabled. Open chrome://extensions and check that the Shopfront extension is enabled.
Reload Shopfront. Reload Shopfront and try again. If detection still fails, restart Chrome.
Reinstall the extension. If the extension is missing, install it again from the Chrome Web Store.
How do I update the extension?
If Shopfront shows Update the Shopfront extension:
Open the extensions page. Open chrome://extensions.
Update the extension. Turn on Developer mode and select Update.
Reload Shopfront. Reload Shopfront. If the version stays old, restart Chrome.

Connect Facebook Marketplace
Facebook Marketplace listings are created and removed by the Shopfront extension in desktop Chrome, so keep the latest version installed and enabled for every list and delist. Facebook listings cannot be scheduled or imported, and you record Facebook sales with Mark as → Sold.
