Marketplace overview
Quick answer
Connect marketplaces in Settings → Marketplaces → Channels. eBay uses its own authorisation; Shopify uses a custom app's Client ID and Client Secret; Depop, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective connect through the Shopfront extension; and Facebook Marketplace needs the extension for every list and delist.
Which marketplaces can I connect?
Open Settings → Marketplaces → Channels and select Connect on a marketplace. Choose a marketplace for its setup guide:

When do you need the extension?
Depop, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective use the Chrome extension only to connect. Facebook Marketplace needs it installed and running for every list and delist.
Importing brings in your existing marketplace listings; it does not publish anything to your other channels. Scheduled sales checks run on your plan's interval, so check the marketplace if a sale has not appeared. See Import and export, Sales detection and Offers.

Shopfront Lens

Connect eBay
Connect eBay from Settings → Marketplaces → Channels by approving Shopfront's access to your eBay account; no extension is needed. When you connect, Shopfront can create any missing payment, returns or postage policy, then supports eBay imports, listing, delisting, offers and sales checks.
