Sign up, connect a marketplace in Settings → Marketplaces → Channels, then choose Create, add photos and select Generate. Review the drafts in the workflow before listing; generating a draft does not publish it.
How do I create my account?
Open Shopfront and complete sign-up. The onboarding flow helps you set up your workspace and channels. For phone price checks and measurements, see Shopfront Lens.
How do I connect my first marketplace?
Open the Channels page. Open Settings → Marketplaces → Channels and select Connect on the marketplace. Use the marketplace account that holds your inventory.
Follow the marketplace's connection steps.
- eBay: sign in to eBay and approve access. See Connect eBay.
- Shopify: create a custom app in Shopify and enter its Client ID and Client Secret. See Connect Shopify.
- Depop, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective: install the Shopfront extension in desktop Chrome and sign in to the marketplace in the same browser before you connect.
- Facebook Marketplace: the extension carries out every list and delist. See Connect Facebook Marketplace.
Check the connection. Check that the channel shows Active before you create or import listings. If it shows an error, fix it and connect again.
How do I set up listing generation?
Manage templates in Settings → Marketplaces → Templates. In Settings → Marketplaces → Settings, choose whether to use sales detection and cross-channel delisting.
Plan allowances
Price Suggestions, Remove Background and Enhance Image use your plan's allowances. Check Settings → Billing → Usage before a large batch.
How do I create my first listing?
Add photos. Choose Create and add photos of the item, including its condition and any labels.
Generate the drafts. Review the generation settings and processing options, then select Generate.
Review each product. Open the resulting workflow. Check the photos, title, description, price, category and required attributes for each product, and compare each draft with the item.
List or schedule. Review each marketplace tab and the channel previews, then list to the channels you want or schedule the listing.

Generating a draft does not publish it. After you list, check each channel's status to see which listings succeeded.

Glossary
A product is the item you manage in Shopfront; a listing is that product's publication on one marketplace, with its own channel data and status. One product can have a listing on each connected channel.

Use Shopfront Lens on your phone to check comparable asking prices, save finds and record measurements. Create listing drafts for review in the main Shopfront dashboard.
