Cross-channel previews
Quick answer
Each product has a tab per marketplace showing the title, description, price, category, attributes and shipping that Shopfront prepared for that channel. Review and edit each tab before listing, and fix any errors or warnings it shows.
How do I review a marketplace listing?
Open a product and select a marketplace tab. Check the title, description, price, category, required attributes and shipping. The tab shows the data Shopfront sends to that channel; the marketplace controls how its public page looks.
What should I do with an error or warning?
Read the message and correct the field it names, such as a missing required attribute or an unsuitable category, before you list. Check the mapped category and attributes against the item even when no warning appears.
Can I edit one channel's listing?
Yes. Changes on a marketplace tab apply to that channel only. After you edit the shared product details, check the other tabs as well. Reset to defaults clears a channel's custom values and goes back to the automatic mapping; it isn't available while the item is live on that marketplace.
To change a live listing, see Review and edit listings. Templates control how channel-specific text is written.
Templates
Manage templates in Settings → Marketplaces → Templates to control generated titles and descriptions. Use variables to insert saved product fields and choose a default template for each channel.
Price suggestions
Price Suggestions compare your item with similar listings' asking prices and suggest a price. Review it on the product's Market tab; changing the price in Shopfront doesn't update a live listing until you apply the change to that marketplace.
