Workflows

Quick answer

Open Listings → Workflows to move products through four stages, Under Review, Ready to List, Listed and Completed, and to list, schedule, delist or mark them sold. Completed holds sold, shipped, completed and ended products; delisted products return to Ready to List.

Where do I find my listings?

Choose Listings in the sidebar.

  • The Items tab shows every product in a table.
  • Workflows shows your batches of products.
  • Calendar shows scheduled listings, relists and sales by date.
  • Costs holds item costs.

Open a workflow to work through its products, and use the layout selector to switch between the pipeline, grid and calendar views.

What do the stages mean?

  • Under Review holds newly generated items waiting for your review.
  • Ready to List holds drafts, scheduled products (shown with a scheduled badge) and delisted products.
  • Listed holds products that are live on at least one marketplace.
  • Completed holds sold, shipped, completed and ended products.

What happens when I drag a product to another stage?

Dragging runs an action, not just a rearrangement:

  • From Under Review to Ready to List creates the product. Dropping it on Listed creates it and lists it.
  • From Ready to List to Listed lists the product.
  • From Listed back to Ready to List delists it from every marketplace.

You can't drag a product into or out of Completed. Use Mark as to record a sale instead; see Delist or mark as sold.

How do I edit or act on a product?

Select a product to open its detail panel. Review the shared product details and each marketplace tab, check each channel's status, and use the product's menu to list, schedule, relist, delist or mark it sold. Select several products to use the bulk actions toolbar.

Before you list, review the channel previews. To have sales on one marketplace remove the item from the others, turn on sales detection.
