Billing and usage limits
Quick answer
Check your plan in Settings → Billing → Your Plan and your allowances in Usage; Pro, Premium and Premium Plus cost US$30, US$60 and US$120 a month (US$300, US$600 and US$1,200 a year). There are no per-use charges: once a monthly allowance is used up, that operation is blocked until it resets or you upgrade, and only products live on a channel count as active products.
Where do I check my plan and usage?
- Settings → Billing → Your Plan shows your current subscription and plan actions.
- Settings → Billing → Usage shows your quotas and how much of each monthly allowance you have used.
What does each plan cost and include?

An active product is a product that is live on at least one channel. It counts once, however many channels it is listed on. Drafts and sold, delisted or archived products do not count.
Team members are the people in your workspace other than owners. Sales checks are how often Shopfront checks eBay, Depop, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective for new sales while sales detection is on.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Shopfront does not charge per use.
- Monthly allowances, such as AI listing generations: when you use one up, that operation is blocked until the allowance resets the following month. The limit dialog shows your usage, the reset date and an option to upgrade.
- Active product, team member and API key quotas limit how many you can have at once. When one is full, the limit dialog offers the plans with a higher quota.
Shopfront Lens has a separate price-check allowance: see Shopfront Lens.
How do I change, cancel or pause a subscription?
On Your Plan, choose Upgrade Plan on the Free plan or Change Plan on a paid plan. Update Payment changes your payment method.
To cancel:
Choose Cancel subscription.
Give a reason. Depending on the reason you give, you may be offered an alternative, such as pausing billing for one to three months.
Confirm. Select Yes, Cancel Subscription. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, and your listings and data stay saved.
Until that date, Reactivate on Your Plan keeps the subscription.
While a subscription is paused, Your Plan shows the date billing resumes. Choose Resume now to resume earlier.
For billing questions, email contact@shopfront.app.
Teams and permissions
Owners and admins invite colleagues by email from Settings → Workspace → Team with the Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer role; owners change roles, and owners or admins remove members. Free includes no additional team members, Pro 1, Premium 3 and Premium Plus 10, and you switch workspaces from the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar.
Review and edit listings
Review a product's details, photos and marketplace tabs before listing. Edits to a live listing save in Shopfront first; use the marketplace tab's Apply supported fields or Relist with saved changes action to send them to the marketplace.
